Our environmental equipment works permanently on most organic odors. Cigarettes, cooking odor, or pets. The combination of ozone technology coupled with ions flooding the atmosphere in the home changes the chemical composition of the odor molecules making them inert. The odor can't return unless the source of the odor returns.
We recommend that you use this service once the offending odor has been removed -- such as the smoker moving out of the home. Homes over 2800 square feet will be quoted separately but are usually only $200 - $400 more depending upon the configuration of the home.

Multiple commercial ozone units (usually one or more per room) to provide the maximum coverage.
This is not a chemical deodorizer. The technology is similar to that which fire restoration companies use in their "clean rooms" to remove smoke odor from furnishings and clothing. The odors are neutralized with this technology.
*A mileage charge may apply depending upon location of home as we make a minimum of two round trips to the home during the service.
SERVICES
Scrubbing walls, cleaning carpets or repainting to cover up the cigarette odor are not necessary with our service. Invest 5 to 7 days and you will be amazed at the results. Unless your home requires repainting, there is no need to spend thousands when our services still cost less than $600.
Depending upon the severity of the pet odor, our process can be effective in eliminating the pet odor. Please call us for more information on pet odors BEFORE you replace flooring! If the urine has penetrated into the foundation, Please call us!
